The staff was well-trained and very helpful. The place was immaculately clean. Stayed in a well-stocked room with 2 king beds. Lots of great food, I really enjoyed it. The stay for 3 nights was great value.

It's impeccably clean, fancy hotel and the staff is well-trained. Think it's great value for Spokane. This property has nice and unbeatable location to various places. Great to have an in-house restaurant on the premises.

They lost our booking but found a room for us.That was our first mistake. The so called hotel was dirty, trash left around doors and elevators.A group having a function decided to keep going all night banging on doors ,yelling and screaming. We were kept awake until 4 am. We had to ask for a fridge and microwave and when they were delivered, they were too filthy to use. Continental breakfast didn't exist, even though it was in the advertised rate. We complained and requested a refund for all these problems, but left empty handed as all the management were unavailable. All we can do is say to Bookings .com is delist this hotel from your web site as it should be condemned by the Spokane health authorities.

The crackheads knocking on our door asking for cigarettes, lol. I did get a good nights sleep though, it was quiet overall and the staff at the front desk was great! -Especially the new guy in training, he's awesome!!
Our first room we got, 515- had numerous(30+) dead flies by the window and scattered throughout the floor.. Which we were going to ignore until we noticed the sink was super clogged and wouldn't drain. We called the front desk, very courteous guys (one in training), and they brought us new keys for a room, 415.. the room functioned properly, however there were big stains in the carpet, on the underside of the comforter and the fitted sheet looked as if it'd been cut/stabbed with a knife about 5 times- thank God there was no blood stains, hahaa. Also, we had a lady, looking prrrrretttty rough knocking on our door asking for cigarettes, I really wish I smoked so I could give her one, boy she looked like she needed it bad.

Great view from my room.
It was old and poorly maintained. Carpet stains, stain on tile around toilet. Advertised outdoor pool looked like it had not been used in a decade.

I found the hotel totaly unsatisfactory, Breakfast almost nonexistant, atmosphere taudry, noisey partiers, people lotering around the parking lot for no apparent reason, I felt as if I had checked into a dive. I left two days early even though they would not refund even one nights charges.

The breakfast provided at Quality Inn was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms at Quality Inn. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff at Quality Inn were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist me with any questions or concerns. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I had a pleasant experience at Quality Inn. The location was convenient and I felt safe during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was inexpensive.
Carpets were dingy and dirty. The room was quite dingy as well with broken appliances. The complementary breakfast was vary lacking, the juice dispenser didn't even work. I can't recomend this hotel. The Motel 6 and Econolodge across the street were in the same price range and looked a lot nicer.
